REGISTRATION
To allow you to use our ordering system, click the Sign In link in the menu bar. If you’re a new user, click Register. Fill out the form with all the necessary details. Your application will be sent to us for approval. If approved, you will be notified by email. You can then sign in using the email address and password you provided on your registration form.

SHOPPING
You can browse the items in our store using the menu bar on the left. Browse by Brand, Product Categories (separated into Men’s and Women’s), New Arrivals or Clearance. Or if you’re looking for something particular, use the Search function.

Once you’ve found a product you’re looking for, click on the thumbnail images to view different colours and product details.

To add a product to your shopping basket, choose either an individual colour or an assorted pack, plus the quantity of items you require (usually in multiples of 6 or 10), and then click Add to Basket/Wishlist.

To add more items to your basket, click Continue Shopping.

PLACING YOUR WEB ORDER
When you’re ready to complete your order, click Go to Checkout. If you want to complete your order online, click Confirm Order, and you will be transferred to our secure card transaction page, where you will be asked to enter your credit card details.

All credit card transactions are completely secure, and processed by Barclaycard Business.

POST, PHONE OR FAX YOUR ORDER
If you would prefer not to pay online, simply click the Print Page button. You can then send us your order by post or fax (click here for contact details), or just keep a hard copy for your records. You can also pay by credit card over the phone, or by cheque or direct bank transfer. Please contact us for further details.

VAT
All UK orders are subject to VAT at 17.5% (prices quoted are exclusive of VAT). EU customers with a valid EU VAT registration number are exempt from VAT, as are export customers outside Europe.

DELIVERY
UK and EU orders are shipped using Parceline/GeoPost. We endeavour to ship all orders within two working days of receipt of order. Overnight delivery to UK address. Delivery to European addresses is usually within 7 days, or often quicker, depending on your location. A tracking number for your consignment can be provided upon request, allowing you to track the delivery on Parceline’s website.

UK delivery is charged at £10 for orders up to a value of £500, and £20 thereafter.

EU delivery is charged at £20 per carton (a carton typically holds £300-worth of goods).
